Thriller Film Research- Seven

In Media we watched the film Seven to understand different conventions of a thriller film. We looked at mise-en-scene, camera angles, sound and editing. I think the film was really good and clever, especially the villain in Seven as he planned what he was going to do for a while and there was a risk that his plan wouldn't have happened. The end of the film was an effective ending because it was really unexpected and i thought that the villain could have killed Mills and Somerset instead of Mills wife. I think the whole film was really good and some events that happened were really unexpected and surprised me. By watching Seven it will help me get ideas and how to create tension and suspense in the film that I will make.
